I stretched my back and neck while dumbbell rows one month back. Unknown of the damage, I kept on working out for some 3-4 days too after that. Now the pain has aggrevated . I visited a chiropractor too who did some adjustments and I could feel better for 1-2 days . After 4 days I visited a physiotherapist with whom I have done 4 sessions US and IFT. Pain is lesser but starts again when there is little stress on back or neck. How much more do I need to rest? Any other treatments needed?
