Traumatic Brain injury & hemiplegia
I had an accident a year back, was comatose for a week. After that I have been recovering, I continue to have weakness in left upper and lower limb along with some tightness. My gait is abnormal. please suggest what to do

Otherwise, physiotherapy should help.
Recovery takes place for upto 2 years after injury.
