Can I travel in the 2nd month of pregnancy? Bus train or flight? Or is there is chance of misscarraige if I opt for travel

Ideally all Travels should be avoided specifically in the first three months of pregnancy or in the first trimester...however if it is too urgent for you a flight would be the preferable mode of option.. avoid jerks during travelling
