Travel during pregnant
I am 8 week pregenant and need to travel to my home. Its about 11 hrs journey and it is night travel alao. Is it safe to travel now by sleeper bus?

Thank you for your question. You can travel without worrying. In the first three months of pregnancy there is nothing that you can do or avoid doing that disturbs a well established pregnancy. Most remedies during this gestation are empirical at best. If however, you have a history of bleeding in pregnancy or previous miscarriages you should discuss your travel plans with your obstetrician. Best wishes
