Treating bone spurs
My mother is having bone spurs near Spine which are pressing nerves lightly. Doctors are suggesting cal vit d3 tabs, Maxtonin nasal spray, exercise and physiotherapy. Can physiotherapy really help in this, as it just relaxes the muscles temporarily and also not advisable for more than 8-10 sessions? And what after these sessions are over?

Physiotherapy would help her! See you cant bind exactly 8.-10 days would be enough or no! Consult physio and whatever accordingly he/she will help you out! And yea they do give home programms so after she is done she can continue those exc at home! But physiotherapy is mist in her case!

Physiotherapy is among one of the best treatment for these kind of pains. Total number of therapy sessions depends upon the current status of the problem. Consult a physiotherapist who have orthopaedic experience.
