I had partial ligament tear, and a hair line crack on my left foot. Had the cast for 31 days. Today got it off. What medication and treatment should I do from now?
Should I keep my foot in hot water or chilled water twice a day? Also kindly suggest the physiotherapy as well.

After cast removal, some pain and swelling is expected, You can take tab crocin for pain relief, walk less, elevate leg over pillow for 1 to 2 hours every day. Dont massage , no hot water, if at all you make apply some ice once a day. You will recover in 3 to 4 weeks
