There is no treatment other than removal. U try any form of medicine, it might work temporarily, for a few days. Ultimately, u have to go for wisdom tooth removal. If u r scared to remove it, please do not worry, it’s not a very big thing. There r specially trained oral surgeons, who expertise in removing wisdom teeth. It is easier to remove at a young age. If u delay it, as age progresses, it will become more difficult to remove it and there is a high chance for the adjacent/neighbouring tooth to get damaged.
Next Steps
U can do warm salt water rinses for the time being

Hello Mam, permanent solution for your condition is the removal of your wisdom tooth. Other treatments may alleviate your symptoms but the root cause will still remain and it is a recurring condition without the permanent solution is not sought.
Health Tips
salt water gargle 3-4 times a day mighg be helpful
According to me a third molar removal is the only option. Your delay might also invite space infections and other complications. Why save a tooth when it's almost rudimentary and plays no role in chewing.
Next Steps
would advise you to go for extraction as soon as possible
Hello
The definitive treatment would be removing the wisdom tooth. Other treatments would give you temporary relief. Removing wisdom tooth will not only give you permanent relief but also it will save your second molar from getting decayed.
