Sir m covid positive...on first day of dose i took arizthromycin at morning then at noon i took alegra.. today i took arizthromycin at noon and wud take alegra at night tim...is it ok ?

If you are covid positive i would suggest you to take proper medications for covid consult doctor for a proper prescription as only with azithromycin it will not resolve

Azithromycin is taken once a day ma'am. You needn't take it twice a day. It provides no benefit over od dosing. Allegra may be taken twice as advised by your doctor, morning and evening is usually preferred. Please feel free to call me for any further information. Take care. Stay safe.
