Sir m covid positive...on first day of dose i took arizthromycin at morning then at noon i took alegra.. today i took arizthromycin at noon and wud take alegra at night tim...is it ok ?

If you are covid positive i would suggest you to take proper medications for covid consult doctor for a proper prescription as only with azithromycin it will not resolve

Azithromycin is taken once a day ma'am. You needn't take it twice a day. It provides no benefit over od dosing. Allegra may be taken twice as advised by your doctor, morning and evening is usually preferred.
