TREATMENT FOR INGUINAL HERNIA
Dr as I have been suffering from pain on both side of groin for the last 3 months I consulted a surgeon. A sonography was taken of groin area as per advice of dr. The impression of sonography is as follows:- Herniation of omentum is noted in right and left inguinal region. The neck of herniated disc measures 1.5 & 1 cm respectively. Bilateral subcentimeter sized lymph nodes noted largest measuring 9.7x4 mm on right side and 8.3x3.3 on left. Bilateral inguinal hernias with omentum as content. Bilateral subcentimeter sized reactive inguinal lymph nodes. Should I go for surgery immediately. I am 59 year old male... Abraham
