I have grade 3 varicocele operated , but has grade 3 veins around spermatic cord . My testicle size are 7.5 and 7 cc . Oligospermia 10mi/ml and erection problem from one year . Which treatment is suitable for me Allopathy/HOMEOPATHY/ AYURVEDA .
