Tremor during sleep
My brother 26 years old has pain on back of his head sometime,if he take pain killer and sleep , it becomes okay headache goes away. But everyday he shivers in his sleep,immediately  when he sleep he start shivering, like tremor whole body tremor. But tremor only during sleep not at daytime. Sir/man is anything serious with him. What do I have to do. He is under lot of stress from past days. What is right thing for us to do? Thank you

Hi there. I can see that there are 2 issues, headache and shivering during sleep. Headaches are of many types like migraine, tension type headache etc. As to the shivering it can be sleep myoclonus which is normal or any sleep related movement disorder. A detailed evaluation is necessary for proper diagnosis and treatment for both.
