Hello You mentioned you have tremors only in left foot that suggests there might be some muscle weakness in your leg and foot muscles. Sometimes one or less vitamin deficiency also causes  tremors in yor body. Lack of water intake is also a reason for your tremors.Do you have cramping in your leg???
Next Steps
Start strengthening exercise under proper observation . Sit with supported legs.
Health Tips
If it continues then consult your physician first.

The reason for the tremor in your leg is the sleep disc of your waist. If you do an X-ray of the waist, after that you can contact your nearest physiotherapist or contact us online at our clinic. Thank you

It can be due to anything, get yourself assessed once and do some regular foot exercises, balance exercises. Maybe your work would include too much standing so it can be due to weakness of lower limb, so start some strengthening exercises.

It's because of whole day postural habits; long standing or sitting with hang legs. Solution is , just follow alternative leg raise exercises ( 10 seconds hold and 20 repetitions , 4 times a day ) and Both leg raised supportive position sleeping ( 2-3 times a day and during any sleeping time ). You will be certainly releaved with a week or two.
Next Steps
Go to nearby Physio and follow proper advice.
