Tremors while sleeping
My father 65 years recently shakes his hand and feet while sleeping and his hand shakes a bit while holding things though its not prominent. Also he lifts water filled buckets which are quite heavy.

Needs to do routine blood test and ask him to avoid lifting heavy weights.
