Put your 2 or 3 or 4 fingers width in mouth to help stretch open the mouth opening extent. Instead you can use a bunch of ice cream sticks and increase the extent of mouth opening by adding ice cream sticks to the pile. Hold mouthful of Luke warm salt water in mouth as long as possible repeatedly for 10 days. T. Myospas, twice a day, for 5 days. After food. Antacid.
