Trisomy-21 risk?
I am 31 and 19weeks5days pregnant today... all my reports including NT scan, double marker, Level-2 anatomy scan and foetal echo are NORMAL. But my quadruple report says I have a trisomy-21 risk of 1:80... I have given my samples for amniocentesis but have not received my reports yet. I am hell nervous. Please tell me what are my chances of having a baby with a risk of Trisomy-21 (Down Syndrome).. Thank You

If your level 2 scan, Nt scan double marker , everything was normal thn most likely report will come normal. Relax everything will be fine. FISH report comes in 4 days and full karyotype takes 2 weeks

Hello detail history is necessary... If double marker test normal.. What's the necessity of quadruple marker?? You already gave sample for amnio so relax and wait for report..
