Trouble sleeping
I wake up abruptly at night in my sleep and before I can come to my senses I find myself running to the door in search of light and air to breathe. It has happened three to four times and I never have any memory of exactly what dream scares me to wake up and run like that. I'm basically claustrophobic too. Is it something I need to check or it can be cured through proper physical activity and healthier sleeping habits?
