Trouble with anus
I have had trouble going to the toilet over the last 2 weeks. When I do go it is a struggle and I bleed. I am in pain for hours after I go. I read that I wasn't getting enough fibre so I have been eating more in the last 2 days. I have been taking dulcoease for 2 days as well and it seems to have softened my stools but am still bleeding and in pain. I have bathed in warm water, drunk morr water and eaten more fruit and fibred foods. Any idea what it is and what more I can do?

Hi dear if this bleed is not associated with pain than is generally due to piles and quantity of blood should be more. If this is associated with pain and quantity is less than this is due to fissure. You should avoid constipation, as this is the cause for piles/ Fissure. it's better to get evaluated , a short scopy done to rule out the underline problem. Take salads in each diet. Take plenty of water. Get your self evaluated soon. Take care.
Next Steps
you need to soften your stool. Toy can take syrup Cremaffin Plus 30 ml at night for 1 week.
