Truncal acne vulgaris
Helll sir...myself a physician 26 yr male. Im haveing recurrent flare ups of truncal acne since past 6 yrs .presently on BPO 3.5 percent during flare ups. Im currently having a flare up mostly papular acnes with some pustular acnes and hyperpigmentations on back . Many dermatologists suggest oral antibiotics now like doxy azithro fr a mnth . Will it be useful to try topical retinoids like trazadone or treinoin with BPO before relying on oral antibiotics. Please suggest a regiment for topical retinoids combination nd coursse duration. Tq sir in advance

Treatment depends on the grade...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Oral isotretinoin will work better. Also, if u can take TCA or salicylic peels for back, it will resolve faster.
