Trying to conceive
3days before my expected period I got positive line in home pregnancy kit and then some cramping I worried is there any problem!!! Plz suggest.

Injection Proluton Depo 500 micrograms twice a week for 2 weeks
Take Capsule Susten 200 mg per vaginum pessary twice a day for a week
Take Capsule Fol 123 once a day for 30 days
Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day
Next Steps
Avoid lifting weights and stress and intercourses
Avoid papaya and pineapple
Take ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and gestation sac after 2 weeks
Health Tips
Sleep in left lateral position for 2 hours in afternoon and 8 hours at bedtime
Drink plenty of water and fruits juice
