Hello doc! I've been taking evercare tonic and Duphaston 10mg since 19th aug.....my last periods was on 17th Aug and my cycle is for 28 days everytime....but this time I got my periods on 7th Sept (10days early) Please help me to know whether it's my periods or implantation bleeding and can I go for home pregnancy test now this is for the 1st time that I'm TTC .... PLEASE REPLY

Wait for a few days more to confirm on this ,it could be anything,most likely u are not pregnant.better luck next time.
