Trying to conceive
Hi I got induced ovulation in two cycles and follicles grew in my right ovary and ovulation occurred on day14-15 each cycle, we had intercourse in alternate days during my fertile window. and didn't get pregnant 😔 again this is my third letrozole induced cycle and on day 8 I ve 13mm follicle ND 12 mm follicle growing in my right ovary ! Why always right ovary producing eggs simultaneously ? Is there any chance to get pregnant this cycle as my previous two cycles(follicles in RIGHT OVARY) didn't give me any positive result.

Hello, see we can't predict fertilization but your time of intercourse is perfect. Endometrial thickness is also important for implantation of zygote . Many other things should be examined for fertility.k kindly provide all reports of both of you. Semen anal is also important
