Trying to conceive
I have PCO and trying to conceive for the past 6months. Periods are not regular, using Duphaston to induce. Now doing follicular scan, and used Siphene. As of today, one egg has released, it was 19mm on 14th day. I'm also doing seed cycling to regulate by hormonal imbalance. Is it advisable to continue doing seed cycling while trying to conceive? Seed cycling follows the lunar cycle or starts from first day of period. 1-14th day 1tblsp each of Pumpkin and Flax seeds, 15-28th day 1tblsp each of Sesame and sunflower seeds. It helps in increase of estrogen and progesterone respectively. Now I'm supposed to start with the second cycle but my doctor is not sure if it is advisable since Sesame is used to induce periods. Please advise. Seed cycling seems to have been helping me with my acne.
