Trying to concieve
Hello Doctor,
I am trying to concieve however my ovulation is 8th July and if I have alcohol like beer before that will that be fine or should I avoid?
Please suggest!

You cn hv alcohol..
However once you conceive ,you ll hv to ideally stop it or reduce it considerably.
Better to avoid smoking completely if you smoke too
