Trying to get pregnant
My pelvic scan says normal size non gravid anteverted uterus heterogeneous myometrium echo pattern. No intra or extra uterine cyesis is seen Noted at the rt adnexae is a cystic mass measuring about 50mm×59mm in size Posterior portion is a hypoechoic mass. Please what does it mean.

Can u upload your scan and it's  report here ,as it seems.u are having PCOs,along with some other issue which can be best evaluated by having a look at it .
