Trying to quit smoking.
Is it possible to quit smoking with professional help? I have been trying to quit for the past 1 year however my efforts are not yielding any positive results. Please guide me accordingly.

Along with medicine like varenicline counselling such as weekly monitoring of cigarette smoking, authorisation, a plan for alternate activities to reduce craving help.

Just by adopting simple external efforts like electric cigarettes or necotine chewing gums etc can only give temporary relief.
