I was on thyroid medication 12 years bck. Aftr normal no medicine since 12 yrs. Recently was admitted in hospital due to severe inflammation infection..was on injectable antibiotics ,the problem could not b diagnosed. Could it be due to thyroid

No. Infections are not associated. Your tsh is slightly higher. You may require to be started on thyroid medications after evaluation.
