My tsh is 9.2 and my sugar level is 200.what are the proper medicine to maintain these problems. Presently I am taking bgr 34 for diabetes. Is it right medicine. Please tell me

U have not mentioned is it ur fasting sugar or random or PP. So is this medicine sufficient or not depends upon what sugar levels are these. Also u need to start medicine for hypothyroidism. Also Do life style changes like. Maintain active life style. Exercise regularly. Avoid fast foods n fried foods. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. Get Some Much-needed Stress Relief-- by doing, yoga, meditation etc. Establishing a sleep schedule and sticking to it helps. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day—including weekends. In general, the sweet spot for sleep is between 6 and 8 hours. Drink a lot of water
