I had thyroid surgery with complete removal and now 32 week pregnant taking 150 mg dose whether baby wil affect for this

No, it does not affect. Thyroxine is not a medicine.  It is a harmone that is normal ly present in all of us.  So we are only substituting a normal substance.  So it's safe. On the other hand not taking it means there is a lack of normal ly needed substance In  our body. That can have negative effects on the baby.
