Can you please explain how to regularise the Thyroid Issue. What are the Consequences if not treated, I am 33 year old with 2 kids.

You are suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism. At the moment you are not likely to experience significant symptoms, some fatigue and menstrual abnormalities may occur. Generally when TSH is less than 10 we prefer to wait and follow up with repeat test after 3 months. But once it crosses 10, treatment is likely to be required as it may convert to symptomatic hypothyroidism.
