TSH levels in the first trimister
Im 4th week pregnant women, im using 50mcg Thyronorm from past two years, two days back my TSH level was 4.68 microUI per ml, shall i increase dose level? Please give your suggestions.

Continue with same dose And repeat TSH test after one month Be sure to take it in empty stomach

Yes you need to increase the dose but under the supervision is either endocrinologist or gynaecologist...all the best
