My TSH was 14.3 earlier. I was asked to take thyroup 50mcg. After 2 months, my TSH decreased to 10.8 levels. Also, my FT3 increased slightly to 4.74. what is happening?

A lot of factors are involved in maintaining tsh.. eg. regularity with medicines, timing of medicines, body weight etc. Probably you need to discuss these with the doctor and adjust the dose if needed.
