Can lymph node TB can be identified from urine test?and please let me know how that lymph will reduce in size?

I can understand your concern.
What the lymph node got to do with the urine?
No it cannot be identified by urine test.
Biopsy of the lymph node will be required.
And lymph node of which area are you talking about?
Can't you give proper Details?
