He earlier had TB which was diagnosed and cured , since then he started smoking and drinking alcohol and iam assuming that he is suffering from it again . As he is regularly caughing and he has become think n week . He also has sugar ..

With few symptoms u can't conclude that he is suffering from tb. Pls go for sputum test and montoux test for confirmation.. And x-ray if necessary..
