I'm taking tb medication for 3 weeks. I got rashes last night. My doctor said to stop all my medication till the rashes gone. In between the virus can still spread? Do I need to take my medication dose from all over starting again?

. You should stop all the medicine and once rash will go. Then doctor will start medicine one by one. And see which medicine is causing. So it will take time. It also depends of severity of rashes.
