My mother suffering with tb, from last 15days starts rcinex400, pza and ethmobutal 800mg tablets. Start onwords she is very sick 1week given zofer 4mg also no vomits but now daily vomitings she is uable to take food even given zofer tablet also doctors told stop tb medicines for 4 days does course have this disturbance if it works correct?  and fever comes sometimes very severe.she have also severe Rhumatoid arthritis with DM with retinopathy and hypertension how can we manage all these conditions with tb tablets please give the best suggestion. Give me in this situation diet program.

You mother has multiple problems and drugs for those and tuberculosis can really irritate your stomach and cause gastritis which may be causing your vomiting, but you are also advised to monitor your liver function test as rising of liver enzymes can also cause this problem.... You have to give tuberculosis medications as per correct weight as too les or too much dose willl cause problems,hope it is government approved drugs and regimen and hope your mother has been registered for tuberculosis.
Next Steps
if your vomiting persists consult a gastroenterologist,she may require few injectable medications for her gastritis....
