Tubo Ovarion mass right ovary.

I came up with an infection in my vagina in Nov 2017. The infection was like ( red rashes outside and around the area, itching, burning sensation. My gynac told this is some fungal infection and gave me some medicines and ointment. And the infection got over in some days. 3 days back I experienced a strong pain in the internal side of vagina (right side) and the bottom right abdomen. Yesterday I had a strong pain in the extreme right side of my abdomen adjacent to the naval and the back). Today I got my ultrasound done. Reports say that I have a Turbo Ovation (To) mass of dimensions 3.6×5.8×5.4 Kindly help me with my queries. I will be highly obliged. I am extremely stressed about my condition. I am 24 years old. 1. How serious is this c ondition? 2. What is the treatment for it? 3. What is the estimate cost of the treatment? 4. What is the probable cause of it ? 5. How soon will this get recovered? ~~Any other information will be of  extreme help. Kindly help me please. Thanks
