Sir i am 26yr male suffering from Alopecia Areata. My dad is bald,i am balding too. now the crown area is visible and more hairs in the pattern area are falling off.so please tell me what will be good for me at-least not to go bald for 5yrs. would it be wrong if use minoxidle 5% foam?i am taking flax seeds daily.i have included biotin my diet.presently i am using ogv mixture.My hairs started to fall rapidly after i shitfted to delhi ,but now i only wash my hairs with ro water.
