Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I wish you could take some more time in explaining the problem rather than just using a fancy font to type the question in.
There is no such thing as tummy and chest beating.
Be more specific about what you feel and how you feel. Or consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.

Hi.... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can....
Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
Elevate the head of your bed.
