My wife Mrs. Rita Datta (58 years) from Kolkata (West Bengal), has been suffering from indigestion, loss of appetite causing significant loss of weight. When reported to a Gastroenterologist (Dr. B. B. Pal attached to Peerless Hospital Kolkata) advised for USG. The USG Reports indicated a large mass which pushing the left kidney and the spleen, as a result the report suggested a follow up CT scan for further investigation. Following this we performed a CT scan and consulted Gastro-surgeon Dr. Sibnath Mandal attached to Peerless Hospital Kolkata. He recommended immediate surgery.
We are enclosing all the reports along with this mail. We would be obliged for expert Doctor opinion in this regard ASAP and suggest us the next course of appropriate action.

I can understand your concern.
You haven't attached any reports as such with this question here.
Also, why did you change doctors?
And if immediate surgery is required, then i think you should get the surgery done.
Consult a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.
