Tumour diagnosis
Hi I undergone a surgery last week to remove tumour in testicle which was successfully removed and surgeon asked me to send the tumor for diagnosis ie. Immunohistochemistry and biopsy as he said i sent it i attached the copy for reference please look after and tell me whether it is cancer or normal tumor which will greatly help me lead a normal life. Adenomatoid tumor is benign..needs excision... Rare..usually presents with size less than 2 cm .. In view of large size and younger age of presentation get evaluation done..
Next Steps
serum AFP, serum beta HCG,serum LDH ultrasound abdomen for paraaortic node screening...
