Turbinate reduction
My CT scan shows mild mucosal thickening in bilateral sphenoid sinuses. Should I be worried? Please help

If only mild mucosal thickening is there then you need not be worried. If all sinuses are involved then you need to take treatment. Steam inhalation will help you till the time you visit a specialist

Patients are treated depending upon their clinical symptoms and features and not the CT film.... Without the clinical history it won't be possible to comment on the appropriate treatment... eg if u have nasal obstruction on the side of nasal spur you might need surgery.... Get an in person appointment
