Total bilburin is 1.2
Plz tell me can I take turmeric herbal tea
Daily or will I take turmeric milk everyday in night it is good or not
Also everyday Im taking dab pani 1 time everyday

Turmeric contains curcumin which is a very good antioxidant. There are studies which say that curcumin may help in patients with fatty liver. But I am not sure about the question you have asked.
Turmeric is good. But I do not have data supporting the use of it like you have mentioned.
