I have turned spine or portion above hips from birth as shown in pics ( its more, as it is shown in pic)... what should i do to make it straight like normal human??.

Need some more pictures for perfect posture assessment and to prescribe graded exercise protocol

Hello dear The turned spine that you are talking about is called a anterior pelvic tilt in medical science and is usually due to obesity and weak muscles. You need a dedicated muscle strengthening programme to start with. Also you need to correct your posture while sitting, Habitual Slump sitting for long can lead to such problem Regards Dr Vipin Gupta

Most probably postural syndrome ..but is not visible clearly from this side ..need pic from back side..needs lots of Physiotherapy treatment protocol
