Twisted my knee
While reaching for a shot in badminton I twisted my right knee. I am having pain while folding my right leg and the right part of the knee cap looks swollen,or a little disfigured. I already had an ACL bfore for same knee and I am sure this is not ACL. I don't face issue while coming down slope or while sitting in the car. The pain is there while folding of legs. What i could have hurt.

Hi. You had Acl before means did you get it treated or not. If not then it might be that your knee is still unstable and you would have subluxated the knee. During the process you might have injured the meniscus or cartilage of the knee or knee cap.
Next Steps
Take rest, ice fomentation, compression and Elevation (RICE). if pain or swelling do not settle show to arthroscopic and sports surgeon near you. Don't self treat or ignore symptoms to avoid future problems
Health Tips
You should not play now till you get this sorted. Regards Dr Sachin Jain Arthroscopic surgeon and Sports medicine expert JAIPUR
