Hello dear,
Hope you are doing well
See it is dental caries in the last tooth
Please get it restored as early as possible.
That white spots can be due to inflammation of palate during eating( hot food)
Next Steps
x ray to determine the amount of caries
Health Tips
donot worry.i think restoration of tooth can decrease inflammation
The black spot needs to be fixed ASAP as that is a cavity or decay of the wisdom tooth. The white spots of not paining you can ignore it. Its just pigmentation or habit induced spot on the palate so nothing to worry
