Stem cell treatment is a great hope for type 1 diabetics but still it is in initial phases and success ratios varies so for this treatment you have to consider international centres like Joslin diabetes centre or Duke medical school etc. It is a permanent cure and safe. But it is very costly. In my opinion you should wait for two three years.
