Hello there.
I can understand your concern. But you also have to understand that diabetes can not be cured as of today. Its just a managable disease.
It can just be managed with certain medicines which control the sugar levels which enable a diabetic to lead a healthy and normal life.
Along with the medicine, you will have to make certain lifestyle changes like avoid high carbohydrate diet.
Avoid foods with high glycemic index like rice, coconut etc.
Exercise for 20 minutes twice everyday.
Lose weight if you are over weight.
