Type 2diabetic from past 12 years.

I was diagnosed as type 2diabetic 12 years before and was on meds alone. However last year we decided to plan for a baby and started taking insulin . Was suggested huminsulin 30/70 twice a day . Some how from that time my sugar levels are not under control. It was always 250 plus post lunch . After discussing with my endocrinologist I moved to 3 times a day . Morning 26 units actrapid, afternoon 26 units act rapid and night huminsulin 44 units huminsulin 30/70. My afternoon before food and night before food seems to be under control and it will be with in 150 but when ever I check before breakfast it will always be 200. This is the scenario from past 2weeks . No matter what I eat in night it's not coming under control. Feeling very depressed because of this . Kindly suggest
