Typhoid and dengue symptoms
Hello doctors,
I have been suffering from fever from the past 4 days. In blood report I see the platelet count is 69000 and hemoglobin is 11.8 When I discussed about the huge platelet count decrease he said sometimes it is low in typhoid as well but even if it is Dengue the prescription would be same. My concern is everyday in the morning I am getting headache and high fever shivering and only controlled by Paracetamol. Is it normal in typhoid reverting fever everyday and decrease platelet count

Go for blood for typhidot M and IgM dengue on day 6 of fever.
Also check CBC , MPDA.
For now, take paracetamol for fever , keep urself hydrated
