I have 3-months pregnancy and would like to know which medicine is better to have during typhoid fever. Cefuroxime 500 or amoxicillin 500?

Both medications aren't recommended in pregnancy in general but since you have typhoid it is a risk to be taken, Kindly follow the treatment as directed by your treating doctor and don't self medicate.

antibiotic therapy for pregnant women include 3rd generation cephalosporins or amoxicillin/ampicillin. cefuroxime comes under 2nd generation cephalosporins.
